Sama aplikacija Smarty ne prikuplja ništa, nema račune ni oglase, a svi podaci o djetetu ostaju na uređaju.In short: on this site we collect only your email address, and only if you sign up for the waiting list yourself. The Smarty app collects nothing, has no accounts and no ads, and everything about your child stays on the device.

Kome podaci iduWho else sees the data

Koristimo tri izvršitelja obrade. Svi imaju potpisan ugovor o obradi podataka.We use three processors. Each has a signed data processing agreement.

Poslužitelj uz to bilježi tehničke podatke o posjetu (IP adresa, vrijeme, tražena adresa) koji su nužni za isporuku stranice i njezinu sigurnost. Pravni temelj je legitimni interes, članak 6. stavak 1. točka (f).The server also logs technical connection data (IP address, time, requested URL) needed to deliver the site and keep it secure. The legal basis is legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f).

Fontovi i sve slike poslužuju se s naše domene, pa se ne spajate ni na jednu uslugu trećih strana samim otvaranjem stranice.Fonts and all images are served from our own domain, so simply opening the page does not connect you to any third party service.

Bez vašeg pristanka ne postavljamo nijedan kolačić. Google Analytics se učitava tek kad u traci za kolačiće pritisnete „Prihvati“. Ako pritisnete „Odbij“, Google se ne poziva i nijedan kolačić se ne postavlja, a stranica radi jednako.We set no cookies without your consent. Google Analytics loads only after you press “Accept” in the cookie bar. If you press “Decline”, Google is never contacted, no cookie is set, and the site works exactly the same.

Aplikacija SmartyThe Smarty app

Aplikacija je odvojena od ove stranice i radi drukčije: ne prikuplja podatke i ne spaja se ni na jedan poslužitelj.The app is separate from this site and works differently: it collects nothing and connects to no server.

• Nema korisničkih računa ni prijave.No user accounts, no sign-in.
• Nema oglasa ni analitike.No ads, no analytics.
• Profili djece, napredak, nagrade i postavke spremaju se samo u memoriju uređaja.Child profiles, progress, rewards and settings are stored only in the device’s own storage.
• Mikrofon radi samo dok dijete drži gumb, uz dopuštenje roditelja. Zvuk se ne snima, ne sprema i ne šalje nikamo; aplikacija samo mjeri glasnoću i trajanje.The microphone runs only while the child holds the button, with a parent’s permission. Audio is not recorded, stored or sent anywhere; the app only measures loudness and duration.
• Prednja kamera služi kao zrcalo da dijete vidi vlastita usta. Slika se nigdje ne sprema niti šalje.The front camera is a mirror so the child can see their own mouth. The image is never saved or sent.
• Pretplatu i naplatu obrađuje Apple preko App Storea. Mi ne vidimo vaše podatke o plaćanju.Subscriptions and payments are handled by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details.

DjecaChildren

Lista čekanja namijenjena je roditeljima i odgojiteljima, ne djeci. Ne tražimo i ne želimo podatke djeteta. Ako mislite da nam je dijete ostavilo svoju adresu, javite nam i brišemo je odmah.The waiting list is meant for parents and teachers, not for children. We do not ask for and do not want a child’s data. If you believe a child left us their address, tell us and we delete it right away.
