Smarty je edukativna aplikacija za djecu od 4 do 10 godina. Sadržaj je vezan uz ishode hrvatskog kurikuluma, ali Smarty je pomoć u učenju, a ne zamjena za učitelja, odgojitelja ni logopeda. Ne postavlja dijagnoze i ne ocjenjuje djetetov izgovor.Smarty is an educational app for children aged 4 to 10. Its content maps to Croatian curriculum outcomes, but Smarty is a learning aid, not a replacement for a teacher or a speech therapist. It makes no diagnosis and does not grade a child’s pronunciation.

Smarty PlusSmarty Plus

• Besplatni dio aplikacije radi bez pretplate. Smarty Plus otključava sav sadržaj.The free part of the app works without a subscription. Smarty Plus unlocks all content.
• Cijena je ona koju App Store prikaže prije kupnje, trenutno 5,99 € mjesečno ili 39,99 € godišnje. Mjerodavna je cijena u App Storeu u trenutku kupnje.The price is the one the App Store shows before purchase, currently €5.99 a month or €39.99 a year. The App Store price at the moment of purchase is the one that applies.
• Proba traje 7 dana. Ako je ne otkažete prije isteka, pretplata se naplaćuje.The trial lasts 7 days. If you do not cancel before it ends, the subscription is charged.
• Pretplata se automatski obnavlja dok je ne otkažete. Otkazujete je u postavkama App Storea, najkasnije 24 sata prije kraja razdoblja.The subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You cancel it in your App Store settings, at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Povrat novca traži se od Applea, jer Apple obrađuje naplatu. Mi nemamo pristup vašem plaćanju.Refunds are requested from Apple, since Apple handles billing. We have no access to your payment.
• Jedna pretplata pokriva do četvero djece na uređaju.One subscription covers up to four children on the device.

• Tko ostvaruje pravo: prvih 150 e-mail adresa prijavljenih na listu čekanja preko stranice smarty-learning.app. Redoslijed se određuje po vremenu prijave zabilježenom na našoj strani.Who qualifies: the first 150 email addresses signed up to the waiting list through smarty-learning.app. The order is determined by the sign-up time recorded on our side.
• Što dobivaju: šest mjeseci Smarty Plusa bez naplate.What they get: six months of Smarty Plus free of charge.
• Kako: Appleov kod za ponudu šalje se na prijavljenu adresu na dan izlaska aplikacije.How: an Apple offer code is sent to the registered address on the day the app launches.
• Jedan kod po adresi. Kod nije prenosiv i ne može se zamijeniti za novac.One code per address. The code is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for money.

Prigovori i mjerodavno pravoComplaints and governing law

Prigovor možete poslati pisanim putem na e-mail ili adresu iz okvira na vrhu. Odgovaramo u roku od 15 dana od primitka. Na ove uvjete primjenjuje se hrvatsko pravo, a za sporove je nadležan stvarno nadležni sud u Republici Hrvatskoj.You may send a complaint in writing to the email or address in the box at the top. We reply within 15 days of receipt. These terms are governed by Croatian law, and disputes fall under the competent court in the Republic of Croatia.

Ako je kupnja obavljena preko App Storea, prigovor na samu naplatu rješava Apple.If the purchase was made through the App Store, complaints about the billing itself are handled by Apple.
